We build our extensions to be ‘in keeping’ with our client’s existing property whilst building to accommodate our client’s timescales, budget and quality expectations.

Caledonia Construction will construct and fit all kitchen types from high end hand-made kitchens with granite worktops, to budget off the shelf kitchens. The highest quality workmanship is guaranteed every time.

We design and fit all bathroom types and use only the highest quality materials and give you a whole range of wall floor and ceiling coverings.

Full Drawing Service

Take advantage of our ‘in house’ drawing service. We will produce full AutoCAD designs of any project from a new home to Conservatories. Our ‘in house’ drawing service eliminates mis-communication eliminating any delays.

All our projects are fully managed by Degree qualified project managers who have a wealth of experience within the construction industry.
